Planning services are tailored to the agreed journey and may include accommodation research, itinerary design, group arrangements and coordination with independent suppliers. The scope of support will be discussed before arrangements are confirmed.

Planning Fees

Planning fees may apply depending on complexity and scope. No fixed planning prices are published and no fees are collected on this website. Pricing, payment arrangements and applicable terms require approval before collection begins.

Supplier Arrangements

Accommodation, transportation and experiences are provided by independent suppliers. Availability, booking confirmation, contractual terms, cancellation conditions and any supplier payments must be reviewed for the specific arrangement. Submitting an inquiry is not a booking or a confirmation of availability.

Aviation & Yacht Charters

ARLÉX does not own or operate aircraft. Aviation services are arranged through qualified third-party aviation partners, with operational control retained by the operator. Yacht charters are arranged through third-party charter partners and remain subject to availability, contractual terms and confirmation.
